Boston Marathon | Train in Wool Room

For those in Boston during this year's marathon, a Train in Wool Room will be moving across the city from April 10 to April 14, allowing first-time runners through to professionals the opportunity to experience working out in wool. 

10am – 11:30am Workshop

Physical therapist Katelyn Cloutier hosts a cool-down stretching session. Join any time after your morning run.

12pm – 1pm Workshop

Mobility with physical therapist Katelyn Cloutier, focusing on hip and ankle movement with dynamic stretching.

3pm – 4pm Workshop

Join physical therapist Katelyn Cloutier to talk rest, recovery and injury management leading up to race day.
