Working for Wool
Encouraging collaboration between an international community of woolgrowers, major fashion designers, retailers, manufacturers, artisans and interior designers, the Campaign for Wool has been instrumental in educating consumers about the versatility of wool, from luxurious next-to-skin Merino apparel to the safety and comfort of natural carpet and interior wool textiles.
The initiative is funded by several of the world’s leading wool bodies including The Woolmark Company.
The Campaign for Wool has had great success and continues to be rolled out across lucrative markets around the world. It has been instrumental in driving a new demand for wool on an international scale. It uses a stylised green Woolmark logo to reinforce the ‘eco’ credentials of wool – focusing on the benefits of Natural, Biodegradable and Renewable.
